Toast to 25 years of The Celtic Manor with a new seasonal cocktail this summer at The Mulberry Bar and Merlins bar.
Commemorating the event, we’ll be serving sparkling flutes of 75 French, a champagne and gin-based cocktail that perfectly balances sweet sugar syrup with the sour tang of lemon juice. A perfect warm-weather tipple, this refreshing drink is best enjoyed on the Merlins terrace when the sun is shining.
